Let us introduce you to the magical ingredients in our hand cream, the first of which is a superstar in its own right:
- Have you heard of a substance called ectoin (Ectoin)? Ectoin is a very special natural compound found in extremophilic microorganisms, or bacteria that have adapted to survive in very harsh conditions, such as desert dryness and salt lakes. In the hand cream, it’s like a superhero fighting for the well-being of your skin. Ectoin protects skin cells from stress, whether it’s dry air, cold weather, or frequent hand washing. Ectoin seems to add a protective shield to your hands, keeping them moisturized and soft even in challenging conditions and for a very long time. And of course, we didn’t just put a pinch of ectoin in the hand cream, but the largest recommended amount!
- Yarrow hydrosol is known for its skin-healing and rejuvenating properties, and what’s even cooler, the same yarrow from which the hydrosol in the hand cream was distilled grew in the Estonian black soil this summer, gathering strength to pass on all its power.
- The oil pressed from the oilseed plant (Crambe Abyssinica Phytosterol) is rich in phytosterols, which in our hand cream take care to form a protective layer on the skin, keeping it extremely moisturized, soft, and smooth.
- Organic Nilotica Shea Butter has been a beauty secret for centuries, its charm lying in its ability to penetrate deep into the skin, protecting it from dryness and flakiness and keeping the skin elastic.
- Monoi butter has also achieved star status in cosmetics. It is obtained through a special process in which freshly picked tiare flower petals are soaked in coconut oil. This mixture is left in the sun to allow the rich floral aromas to blend with the nourishing properties of coconut oil. The result is a heavenly scented oil with amazing skin care qualities, and that scent… you can also feel it in the cream!
- Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring polysaccharide that binds moisture in the skin, keeping it firm and beautiful. Hyaluronic acid is known for its ability to retain water molecules, making it an excellent moisturizing agent. Hyaluronic acid locks moisture into hand creams, fights dryness, and ensures soft and smooth hands.
- Prebiulin is a polyfructose, recently discovered. Prebiulin is isolated from natural sources, usually chicory root. Prebiulin plays an extremely important role in hand creams, as the skin is home to various microorganisms that contribute to its overall well-being, and prebiulin is like a friend to these good bacteria, maintaining the skin’s microbial balance.
- Chondrus Crispus extract is a natural substance derived from red seaweed. First, the seaweed is washed and thoroughly cleaned, then beneficial compounds are extracted from it. The result is an extract containing rich polysaccharides that lock moisture into the skin and form a protective barrier. The extract also has a soothing and nourishing effect on the skin.
- Niacinamide, or vitamin B3, improves skin texture and appearance, helping to rejuvenate the skin by effectively protecting its moisture balance, which is very important for skin health! Niacinamide helps keep the skin youthful, lighten pigmentation spots, prevent their formation, and keep the hands beautiful and well-groomed.
