How to use a Gua Sha tool?

• Prepare your skin – apply oil or a moisturizing serum to ensure the tool glides smoothly and doesn’t create friction.

• Always massage in the direction of the heart – this supports lymphatic flow and helps eliminate toxins.

• Use the smooth edges on the face and neck, and the toothed edge on the body – especially thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.

• The pressure should be moderate, not painful.

• Recommended duration: 5 minutes daily or every other day.
